Do I need any hardware or IT setup?

None. AtmoDial runs entirely in a web browser or our mobile app. Your agents need a laptop or phone, a headset, and an internet connection β€” that's it. No desk phones, no on-premise hardware, no IT involvement. You can be live the same day you sign up.
Can I keep my existing business phone number?

Yes. We support full UK number porting for 01, 02, 03, and 0800 numbers. The process typically takes 5–10 working days. In the meantime we'll set you up with a temporary number and call forwarding so you don't miss a single call.
How does the drag-and-drop IVR builder work?

You build your call flow by dragging blocks onto a canvas and connecting them. Each block represents a step β€” an IVR menu, a ring group, a time condition, hold music, voicemail, and so on.
